This year's annual, regional conference of Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW) EAME (Europe, Africa and the Middle East), of which our firm has been an active member for many years, was held in Warsaw, bringing together more than 50 lawyers from over 30 countries and covering. The three-day conference included a presentation by a lawyer colleague from Ukraine on the legislative changes in Ukraine necessitated by the war, the long-term plans to ensure the country's economic stability and the continued functioning of the economy, as well as a discussion of professional and practical issues, modernisation issues to help law firms operate more efficiently and thus improve client satisfaction, the digital transformation following the pandemic, the potential of artificial intelligence and the use of the DISC personality test in recruitment.
