On April 10, 2025, the international conference titled "Intellectual Property after the AI Boom" was held, organized by the Department of Civil Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University. In his English-language presentation, our colleague explored the challenges and opportunities that the new regulatory framework of the AI Act presents for the enforcement of intellectual property rights—particularly copyright, trademarks, and patents. He highlighted the tension between transparency and the protection of trade secrets, as well as the legal issues surrounding the originality and authorship of AI-generated content.
