A new senior attorney joins the team of KRS in February 2016

We are pleased to announce and welcome Dr. Attila Penz who joins us from the banking sector to reinforce our team of legal experts specialising in economic law. He earned his doctorate degree at the Law Faculty of the University of Science of Pécs in 2006. During his carrier, he gained international experiences at the University at Albany, Suny (U.S.A.) and at Aalborg University in Denmark. He has obtained outstanding experiences among others in the fields of economic law, more specifically company law, corporate governance and labour law. As an expert of the Hungarian branch of one of Europe’s leading financial institutions, he was active in the field of corporate governance.
